All equipment supplied by Carl Stuart Ltd is covered by a minimum twelve-month manufacturer warranty. If a problem should occur, Carl Stuart Ltd will also cover travel and labour charges relating to a warranty call out. Outside warranty, Service Contracts are available on all equipment supplied by Carl Stuart Ltd. These contracts offer guaranteed response times and scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration times.
When equipment is under contract, Carl Stuart Ltd's customer management database monitors and flags our service team a month before your contracted equipment is due for calibration. As a result, you will have the added security of Carl Stuart Ltd monitoring your equipment calibration due dates. Our customer management database also provides us with the ability to store a complete service history on every piece of equipment, detailing its calibrations, repair details, and all documentation including service reports and calibration certificates.
We offer Service/Calibration Contracts on the majority of equipment for on-site or back-to-base services. Our back-to-base repair and calibration service is an economical service, eliminating travel to site charges and lowering hourly rates for labour hours. All Carl Stuart personnel are fully trained and certified in the services they provide, affording them the experience and confidence to provide full technical support on applications, instrument operation, and problem troubleshooting. A detailed training database is also maintained for all Carl Stuart personnel. As a Carl Stuart customer, full training reports are also available to you.
