bio-t® mini — The laboratory Bioreactor System

As the smallest member of the zeta family, the bio-t® mini laboratory reactor system is designed for conventional research and development tasks, as well as training system for universities. Moreover, the system can be used for inoculum production under GMP conditions. With this Carl Stuart Ltd delivery, we provide a bioreactor, a controller comprising hard and software, and a SCADA system for data export to an external PC.

Bioreactor: very robust, autoclavable and comes with a graduated water-jacketed glass culture vessel, with working volumes of up to 10 litres.

Controller:bio-t® mini control system with 8" colour touch screen, heating circuit, controller for temperature, agitator, pH, pO2, foam, and level with 4 free to configure peristaltic pumps. Also includes rotameter and connections for external pumps, pressure sensor and balance. Gas mixing station (Standard, Digital, Analog).

Software Evolution® mini: Simple menu-driven data entry with measurement of up to 11 parameters. Trend visualization & alarming and manual or automatic control mode.

SCADA:Visualisation and trending of process data on external PC, Data exports to Excel.

Predefined packages of the bio-t® laboratory bioreactor system are available for bacterial culture and cell culture. In addition, the gas mixing station can be realized in three different versions and with optional Mass Flow Controllers. Furthermore, we at Carl Stuart Ltd can supply a complete SCADA system, used to control a current process with an external PC.
