Process Sensors

Process sensors must perform under difficult and arduous conditions. This can include high temperature, pressure, and poisoning conditions (contamination of the sensor). Through Hamilton, we can offer a complete selection of sensors for a wide variety of process applications. Our commitment to innovative new product development, along with continuous manufacturing improvement, ensures the best solution for your process application is available to you. Process sensors are available for the measurement of pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, and temperature. A full selection of armatures/holders, to suit process requirements, complements this vast range of reliable and stable process sensors.

pH and Redox

With a choice of more than 20 different pH and Redox sensors, we can solve even the most difficult process application.

Dissolved Oxygen

We offer a wide range of DO sensors viz:
  • Oxysens - Low Cost Disposable probes for wastewater
  • Oxyferm - Reusable, autoclavable, steam sterilizable probes for fermentation
  • Oxygold G — 2 ppb to saturation for low level oxygen measurements in power generation
  • Oxygold B — 10 ppb to saturation for samples containing acidic gases (CO2) like beer

Conductivity

Choice of sensor types to match application
  • Conducell 2 UP — 2-Pole steam sterilizable glass body sensors
  • Conducell 4US, 4UC — 4-Pole steam sterilizable stainless steel and PEEK body sensors

Temperature

We offer both Pt100 temperature sensor and Pt1000 temperature sensor to match you needs.

Armatures

Hamilton Sanitary Armatures are designed for use in fermentation and biotechnology applications where surface finish and cleaning are critical. All Hamilton General Use Housings/Armatures have an integrated electrode protection design to prevent possible damage of the electrode membrane, due to solid components in the sample.

Buffers and Accessories
