Mobile battery sampler with peristaltic pump, installed charging device

Fully automatic mobile sampler for discontinuous sampling according to:
- Time
- Flow
- Flow-through or events
- With peristaltic pump

Housing: PU rigid foam enclosure with separable upper and lower part (IP65) with integrated carrying handle and front lid

Control:
- Microprocessor-C-MOS control
- Watertight foil keyboard
- 8-digit alphanumerical LED display, in dialog operation
- Selectable in 4 languages, e.g.: German, English, French, Dutch

Time display: Time, date and weekday

Program storage: 10 storages for user programs (changeable)

Time preselection: With presetting of real time or relative time

Sampling duration: 1 - 999 hours

Filling pause: in relative time: 1min - 999h

Bottles: 1 - 24 (99), instrument stop after last bottle. As an option: qualified random sample

Dosing quantity:
Is calculated by the compressor according to
- Sampling duration
- Sampling distance
- Bottle number and bottle size
- With control via pulses, freely selectable in the range 5ml to 2500ml.

Analog input: 0/4 - 20 mA with freely selectable spread for sampling according to flow

Limit values:
A Switch-over from sampling according to flow-through to sampling according to time and the other way round
B No sampling when the lower limit value is reached and the other way round.

Pulse input: Potential free pulse ( closed min. 50ms )

Pulse divider: 1 - 9999 for sampling according to flow

Event input: Potential free closer contact as permanent signal with adjustable on-delay and fall delay time in the range 0 - 120sec

Power supply: 12V rechargeable battery (installed automatic charging device 230V / 50/60Hz)

Pump unit: Peristaltic pump

Suction depth: 4m (6m on request)

Intake tube:
- Silicone, 8 x 2.3mm
- Sample container:
- selectable, either glass or PE:12 x 1.0 Ltr., 12 x 0.5 Ltr. or
