TKA - MicroMed is a pure water system for direct and simple operation in laboratories, doctors' practices and pharmacies. Modular treatment stages allow the system to be directly connected to a water-supply line for it to produce pure water that fulfils appropriate Standards for diverse applications, e.g. as water for autoclaves, for ultrasonic equipment or for manual instrument cleaning and for supplying downstream water stills, as well as for simple analytical purposes and the rinsing of glassware. The pure water that is produced can be drawn off via a dispensing valve at a flow rate of 1 l/min or via an additional pressure outlet on the 6 l pure water tank. This tank has a conical bottom outlet for complete emptying and is equipped with a recirculation pump and a sterile vent filter that ensure maintenance of the constant high quality of the pure water. The RS 232 interface and the ease of filter change make MicroMed an ideal laboratory water supply for small needs.
