Agilent:

At Carl Stuart Ltd we offer Agilent Technologies vast range of HPLC columns for multiple applications. Agilent's premier range of columns is the Zorbax Range. The Zorbax products can be differentiated by both the chemisty and pH range in which they operate. They have been designed for use in specific pH ranges, achieving optimum separation efficiency and longest column lifetimes. Agilent have complete control over Research and Development, Silica Manufacture, Bonding Technologies, and Column Packing.

To complement the Zorbax range, Agilent also pack other manufacturers' material and supply pre-packed columns. This is primarily to support existing methods and materials includingHypersil, Lichrospher, Lichrosorb, Purospher, Nucleosil etc.

Hamilton

Through the Hamilton Company we provide 16 different polymer-based HPLC columns for reversed phase, anion exchange, cation exchange, ion exclusion, and amino separations. Inertsil's wide pH compatibility and excellent stability at elevated temperatures make it the ideal choice for your chromatography needs, whether you are using a traditional HPLC system or the latest rapid gradient LC/MS system with precise temperature control.

Inertsil is available in a wide range of bonded phases, including ODS-3, ODS-Sprint (for reduced retention of non-polar compounds), C8-3, Phenyl-3, ODS-EP (containing an embedded polar group for increased retention of polar compounds), CN-3, HILIC, NH2, Diol, and a Polymerically bonded ODS-P phase (with unique selectivity for planar compounds). This has been uniquely designed for analysis of 16 priority PAHs in environmental samples but has also found to be useful for pharmaceutical analysis of planar compounds.

Teknokroma

Carl Stuart Limited also supply Teknokroma's range of HPLC Columns.Teknokroma pack columns with popular branded materials including Lichrospher, Lichrosorb, Superspher, Purospher, Partisil, Kromasil, and Inertsil phases. In-house, Teknokroma also manufacture their own brand, Mediterranea Sea18, a phase particularly suitable for applications involving highly aqueous mobile phases.

Whatman

Through Whatman we offer an extensive product line of High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) columns. This line ranges from Partisil® high purity silica gel for normal phase separations, to seven different bonded phases for reversed phase or ion exchange separations. In addition, the Partisphere® 5µm spherical media is available with different chemistries, in a void sealing column configuration, achieving optimum speed and resolution.

The UniSep HPLC column is the newest C-8 reverse phase HPLC column from Whatman. Using state-of-the-art technology, UniSep was developed for conditions that necessitate a highly aqueous mobile phase. Whatman also offer products for sample preparation prior to HPLC analysis.
