At Carl Stuart Ltd our principal method of assuring product quality is to deal with established suppliers of the highest calibre and reputation. It is also to ensure that quality is continuously monitored by compliance with the internationally recognised standard, ISO9001-2000.

Carl Stuart Ltd was first accredited to the ISO9002 standard in 1996, which was retained until 2002. In 2002, we attained the revised standard ISO9001-2000 and have successfully retained this accreditation to this date.

Quality is not simply adhering to standards. It is driven by empowering all personnel to strive to achieve standards above and beyond what is expected or considered normal by our customers and suppliers. These are the standards by which we strive to drive our company forward.

We have acknowledged certification to ISO 9001-2000 (certificates above) but we have also initiated control systems, which prompt each individual to do the right thing at appropriate points throughout the chain of events that control our business flow. Information is available to all employees in real time, regardless of location. At all times we wish to deal with our customers, suppliers, and colleagues with honesty and integrity, building a reputation for reliability and mutual respect for each other.

We regularly audit our own procedures and report quality statistics internally to all departments on a monthly basis. We use key performance indicators to monitor and revise our operations on an ongoing basis. We welcome external audits from customers, as experience has shown they frequently praise our operations.
